Work areas & meeting rooms
Discuss accessible surfaces, vacuuming or floor care, waste removal and the boundaries around desks, equipment and personal items.
Tasks and exclusions agreed in writingJTK Partners LLC is developing an office-cleaning business for small offices in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and nearby Maryland. We’re speaking with office decision-makers and assessing prospective cleaning providers.
Discuss your office needsGeographic focus · Site and service-window fit still to be confirmed
Where we are today
We do not yet have an established customer cleaning contract or a fully qualified primary and backup cleaning provider. Qualification is ongoing. Availability, pricing and a start date can only be considered after the actual site and required checks are resolved.
A scope worth discussing
Discuss accessible surfaces, vacuuming or floor care, waste removal and the boundaries around desks, equipment and personal items.
Tasks and exclusions agreed in writingIdentify any reception areas, breakrooms and restrooms within the office’s responsibility, along with supplies, waste handling and access needs.
Tenant and building responsibilities clarifiedEstablish desired frequency, permitted service hours, how issues would be reported and how the agreed work would be inspected.
Site, staffing and schedule fit checked firstThese are topics for scoping ordinary office work, not a confirmed service package. Medical or hazardous-material cleaning and specialist work are outside this initial focus.
The proposed working model
The authorized buyer would identify the site, areas, tasks, access rules and service windows, and agree on the written scope and terms.
JTK would coordinate the agreed scope, customer communication and owner quality inspections, with responsibilities documented before service begins.
A separately contracted cleaning business would provide and supervise its own team. Selection would depend on qualification and fit for the actual office.
This model is subject to the buyer’s vendor rules and permission to use subcontracted delivery. An inquiry does not reserve a team or commit either party to work.
Before service begins
A useful conversation is the beginning. These requirements still need to be completed for any actual engagement.
Not yet. We are at the first-account preparation stage. JTK’s own business insurance is not yet in place, and provider qualification is incomplete. Site requirements, insurance, applicable licensing or permit requirements, pricing and written agreements must be resolved before work is accepted or a start date is promised.
That is useful to establish early. Let us know whether the office or building management selects and pays for cleaning. We would need to speak with the authorized buyer and understand any vendor process before considering the work.
Our initial focus is small ordinary offices in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC and nearby Maryland. This is an area of interest, not a promise of service coverage. Travel, provider availability and the exact service window must be checked for each site.
